We are excited to officially announce we are now a part of the Lazzerini Group. Building on from the well know reputation for quality products and services supplied from Phoenix, the group status will allow for the team to offer a wider product range.
From December 2021 Lazzerini Group acquired Phoenix Seating to assist with growing both Phoenix and Lazzerini products and brands in the UK alongside cementing a UK base for Italian seating manufacturer. Being able to offer a wider range of M2 & M3 products enables Phoenix customers to draw upon its own decades of experience alongside Lazzerini’s Italian chic design and well-known seating products. The Phoenix brand, products and team remain the same with wider opportunities to further service the transport industry.
Working on building on the synergies of the 2 companies and integration of Phoenix into the Lazzerini Group are well underway, consolidating strategic business visions, promoting operational efficiencies and growth as a group.
Recognising the continued success and brand identity in the passenger seating marketplace, specifically in the specialist and accessible vehicle marketplace, Lazzerini Group completed the strategic acquisition to further invest in the UK transport market alongside develop opportunities to further Phoenix products & brand identity in the wider markets.
