The returns policy is detailed in full within the terms and conditions. In short, as a consumer you have 14 days to change your mind about the accessories brought online. If you wish to return an accessory, you are responsible for the cost of returning it back to Phoenix and as long as the goods haven’t been damaged you will be reimbursed.
