Business Development Manager

Due to continued growth and expansion within the company, an exciting opportunity has risen to appoint a new Business Development Manager.

The Role

This role will involve a lot of business development and relationship building, this will include meeting with customers UK wide to consult and provide advice on their needs and proactively sell the range of seating products and solutions for their requirements.

Key responsibilities

·         Organising sales visits to demonstrate and discuss product ranges and solutions

·         Establishing new business and account managing current clients

·         Maintaining accurate databases

·         Aid in the development of sales strategy

 

Full training on products and the passenger transport industry will be supplied alongside ongoing support from the sales team.

Candidate Specification

You must have strong communication skills, be able to build rapport with customers from all automotive backgrounds, have the ability to organise your day to day journey planning and have the drive and passion to want to succeed in a very exciting sales role. 

Other key attributes

·         IT literate - Confident in Microsoft packages

·         Excellent organisation skills

·         Collaborative team work nature

·         Strong written / verbal communication skills

·         Full clean UK Driving license

·         A background in sales would be an advantage.
